In-Person – Meeting Registration Form
(Required for Attending All Public Meetings in Person)


Registration. If you plan to attend a public meeting, you must register at least 24 hours before the meeting, using the form below. You do not need to register to view a live or archived webcast.

On Arrival. Photo ID is required at the venue. Registered observers are seated on a first‐come basis, with no more than three observers from the same organization, unless seating is available. Observers may not participate in the discussions. Aids for the hearing impaired are available upon request.

Note: Public meetings may be broadcast live and/or recorded for future viewing. All or part of the gallery may be captured on video.
