Summary of May 27, 2003 Board Meeting Discussion on Statement 133 Implementation Issues

Financial instruments: derivatives implementation. The Board discussed proposed revisions to five Statement 133 Implementation Issues that were necessitated by the issuance of FASB Statement No. 150, Accounting for Certain Financial Instruments with Characteristics of both Liabilities and Equity.
