Duncan M. McFarland is the former Chairman and CEO of Wellington Management Company. Mr. McFarland has been an at-large Trustee since 2001. He is the Chair of the FAF’s Finance Committee, and also serves on the Executive, Appointments and Evaluations, and Strategic Planning Committees.
