John J. (“Jay”) Perrell III retired in February 2007 from American Express Company where he was Vice President—Global Policies. Mr. Perrell joined the Board of Trustees in January 2008, and was nominated by the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA). He serves on the FAF’s Appointments and Evaluations and Audit Committees.
